Eligible Residents Encouraged to Apply for Four Direct Payments Coming in Three States
Eligible residents in Colorado, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply for four direct payments, which aim to provide relief to individuals.
For eligible residents in Colorado, they can apply for two direct payments, specifically the Food Tax Rebate Program and the Property Tax, Rent, Heat Credit until June 30 and June 10, respectively.
Eligible residents aged 62 and above, disabled, or have children aged below 18 in 2022 can apply to the Food Tax Rebate Program, while eligible residents aged 65 and above, disabled, and living the entire year of 2022 in Colorado may apply to the direct payments under the Property Tax, Rent, Heat Credit.
Eligible Residents from North Carolina and Pennsylvania Will Expect Direct Payments
Aside from eligible residents in Colorado, residents from North Carolina and Pennsylvania will also expect direct payments from Low-Income Homeowner Assistance Program and Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program, The U.S. Sun reported.
Eligible residents who have been living in North Carolina for the past five years with below $250,000 in property tax value are encouraged to apply for the Low-Income Homeowner Assistance Program until June 15.
Meanwhile, eligible residents aged 65 and above, widows/widowers aged 50 and older, or with a disability from Pennsylvania may submit the application form to Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program until June 30.
