Despite the end of the tax deadline last April 18, several eligible Americans are encouraged to apply for the latest stimulus rounds by filing their previous tax returns to receive up to $1,400 direct payment.

Eligible Americans must remember that the stimulus rounds have similar requirements, but the eligibility differs; wherein for the first stimulus round, eligible Americans should have an annual income below $75,000 for individual filers and $150,000 for couple filers, who will receive $1,200 in direct payment while the other two stimulus rounds are different.

Although millions of eligible Americans have already received their direct payments under different stimulus rounds, other eligible Americans are still entitled to up to $1,400 in direct payments.

To check updates of the direct payments under the latest stimulus rounds, eligible Americans should have received Letter 6475, where the details about the claiming of the direct payments.

If the eligible residents did not receive any letter, they could check and view the details about the direct payment in their online accounts, The U.S. Sun reported.
