Electronic Bike Leasing program launched in Colorado Springs

This July, an electronic bike will be given to a chosen 50 low-income people in Colorado Springs. The Colorado Energy Office funded the electronic bike program.

Colorado Springs is the second largest city, with an increase in picking up speed when it talks about electronic bikes, and a leasing program by the Colorado Energy Office will allow 50 low-income families unconstrained access to them for less than a dollar a day.

In Colorado Springs, PikeRideo is the only organization that can rent an electronic bike. The non-profit organization offers electronic bike rentals for short distances and lower rental rates. The roam around the city, going to PikeRide is the only option.

Colorado Energy Office gave funding for an electronic bike leasing program to PikeRide

When the electronic program is launched in July, the users can store the electronic bike at their houses. For only $25 per month, 50 low-income people in Colorado Springs will have access to a bike, accessories, charger, maintenance, and community support from PikeRide.
