Molson Coors Beverage Co., the manufacturer of Vizzy hard seltzer, has agreed to pay $9.5 million to settle a class action complaint alleging that the business falsely claimed that its Vizzy hard seltzer products contained “antioxidant vitamin C from acerola superfruit.”

Except for resale, the settlement is open to anybody who bought any Vizzy hard seltzer beverage in the US between January 1, 2020, and March 10, 2023.

Your share of the settlement will vary depending on how many packs or single cans you bought. Here’s what to anticipate:

  • $5 per 24-pack unit purchased
  • $3 per 12-pack unit purchased
  • $0.75 per single can unit purchased

The most you can be charged per household is $15 if you don’t have a receipt for your purchase. Depending on the number of claims and other factors, it is anticipated that each person with a legitimate claim will get at least $6.

Volkswagen agreed to settle a class action lawsuit because certain Audi vehicles have defective gateway control modules. You are eligible for this settlement if you owned or leased any of the following Audi vehicle models and years:

  • Any 2018 to 2021 Audi Q5 or SQ5
  • Any 2021 Audi Q5 Sportback or SQ5 Sportback
  • Certain 2022 Audi Q5, SQ5, Q5 Sportbacks or SQ5 Sportbacks
  • Certain 2021 to 2022 Audi RS 6 or RS 7 Avants
  • Certain 2019 to 2022 Audi A6 or A7s

You may be eligible for payment for repairs or replacements caused by gateway control module failures or malfunctions. The cost will vary depending on the nature of the repairs and if they were completed by an authorized Audi dealer. Non-authorized dealer repairs are limited to $1,450.

Repair records, invoices, evidence of payment, and declarations may be required as proof of repairs and any connection charges.
