The Biden administration aims to provide funding to be allocated to programs in three Iraqi universities that will directly address climate change in the country while other portions of the funding will be used to promote gender equity, addressing various gender issues.

According to The Washington Free Beacon, the Biden administration also aim to give proper education about the country’s current climate change condition and crucial information about gender topics.
