Following the launching of the $3 million in Emergency Rental Assistance, eligible residents in Baltimore will expect to receive relief, which will greatly help low-income families who are in need.

Following the increasing issues in rents, emergency funding had been introduced to the Baltimore residents, and rental assistance was available, allowing them to have relief and assistance in paying their rents.

According to reports from CBS News, more than 2,000 residents in Baltimore were expecting to face charges after failing to pay their rent and bills, and the $3 million emergency funds will assist them with their rental assistance.
