Senate Bill 8, a school voucher bill, is floating as it needs for the votes of the opposition and the deadline for it to pass is approaching. Senator Brandon Creighton, the author of the said bill, stated that this bill is expiring in the Senate Floor. There might be a twist in the final moment as it has been an obstacle for lawmakers for bills to be approved or not.
The School vouchers bill is a program wherein parents can pay school expenses using the tax from the locals in the community. Although, this bills for education has been an advocacy and even top priority, still in line with debates and scrutiny.
