According to a report published in The US Sun, eligible beneficiaries can receive up to $4,555 in Social Security direct payments based on the current cost-of-living adjustment or COLA for this year, wherein the Social Security direct payments depend on various requirements for eligible beneficiaries.

With the Social Security direct payments coming, eligible beneficiaries who retired at age 62 will receive up to $2,572 in Social Security direct payments, those who retired at 67 can expect up to $3,627, while those who have retired at age 70 will see the maximum check of $4,555 in Social Security direct payments.
