The $15,000 incentives to relocate were coming to eligible employed residents in Topeka under the new relocation incentive program implemented in several cities since the pandemic, wherein residents meeting the employment requirements will be eligible for incentives to relocate.
According to a report published in The US Sun, the incentives to relocate for eligible residents who will move to cities or states that implemented the program and purchase or rent a home, with up to $15,000 incentives to relocate available for eligible residents depending on the budget or funding.
Aside from the incentives to relocate, eligible residents will receive other perks for spaces; however, the employers of the eligible residents will be paying half of the housing program, which will lead to fewer number of residents eligible for the incentives to relocate.

Eligible Employees Moving to Topeka Will Receive Up To $15,000 Incentives to Relocate
With the implemented relocation incentive program in Topeka, residents working full-time jobs who plan to move will be eligible for incentives to relocate as long as they buy or rent a home.
Aside from Topeka, other cities and states, including Morgantown and Rochester offer the $15,000 incentives to relocate to eligible applicants of the relocation incentive program, Forbes reported.
