New Tax Bill for Everyone

Texas house unanimously voted for a new tax bill. But the House and the senate remained unmoved as to how to distribute the payment and spend the money. The $33billion budget money that came from the breakthrough of the conference, is torn between the property tax or the public education funding.

The bill will increase the exemption of the homeowners and deduction for seniors and disabled. It will also decrease the appraisal cap every year, the approved tax will provide immediate and permanent tax relief and they will know how the tax will go through over the years. It represents tangible property tax relief in fiscal responsibility. The bill now is headed for the senate, and it will soon go back to the governor for final signing.
