As of 2017, he is the reigning Formula One World Champion and Belgian-Dutch racing driver Max Emilian Verstappen (born September 30th, 1997). Red Bull Racing fields him in Formula One competitions under the Dutch flag. Jos Verstappen, a former Formula One driver, is the father of this young man.
He became Formula One’s youngest driver at the 2015 Australian Grand Prix when he was 17 years, 166 days old. Verstappen began the 2016 season with Scuderia Toro Rosso before being promoted to Red Bull Racing as a replacement for Daniil Kvyat after just four races. On his Red Bull Racing debut, he became the youngest-ever driver and the first Dutch driver to win a Formula One Grand Prix at the age of 18. Verstappen became the first Dutch Formula One World Champion and the 34th Formula One World Drivers’ Champion after winning the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Verstappen’s girlfriend, Kelly Piquet, is the daughter of Piquet, who is also the father of Piquet. When they announced their relationship in 2020, the 33-year-old Brazilian model had just split from Daniil Kvyat, a former Red Bull driver, the year before. Verstappen’s Career as A Race Driver

Max started racing at the age of four. Max had already made the transition to international karting by the year 2010. When it came to the KF3 World Cup, Verstappen came in second behind Alexander Albon (his eventual future teammate in Formula One at Red Bull Racing). Max Verstappen would win the WSK Euro Series in a Parilla-powered CRG in 2011. Felice Tiene, the CRG driver he defeated in the KF2 class, went on to win the 2012 WSK Master Series championship.
During the 2013 World KZ championship in Varennes-sur-Allier, France, Verstappen triumphed in KZ1, the highest karting category, at the age of 15.
A Career in Formula 1
Verstappen made Formula One history in 2015 when he made his debut at the age of just 17 with Toro Rosso. He finished P7 in his second race for Torro Rosso and became Formula One’s youngest point-getter. It was a season of sensational driving and brilliant overtaking for Verstappen, who continued to impress in his first year in Formula One. In the end, Carlos Sainz Jr., the team’s veteran driver, was able to finish the season without him. This season, Max finished in a respectable 12th place in the standings with 49 points, while Carlos was able to manage only 18 points. From the Spanish Grand Prix onward, Red Bull decided to put Max in the parent team, Red Bull Racing’s car, replacing Danil Kvyat.
