It was a crucial stage in the development of Nagatoro and Senpai. Perhaps now that the roles have been reversed and he is the one who is ill, Nagatoro will also finally discover his name.
On his way to school, Nagatoro approaches Senpai as the show begins. He briefly considers using her first name after recalling that he had learned it the previous evening, but soon changes his mind.

Things feel awkward between them because Senpai and Nagatoro are both blushing and avoiding eye contact. Nagatoro confesses she has been imitating strategies she saw in a magazine about flustering boys after unexpectedly grasping his sleeve.

Nagatoro takes some time to comprehend Senpai using her first name. When she does, she freaks out right away but quickly recognises this as a chance to taunt Senpai.
She asks him to say it again, but Senpai has already dozed out. After several unsuccessful tries, she begs him to say it one more time and, if he agrees, even offers to kiss him. Senpai’s mother arrives home just in time for her to find out.
The following morning, Senpai feels considerably better. His mother asks him about the “lovely girl” he had over the previous night after he apologises for arriving home so late. She then describes how she encountered Nagatoro as she was leaving and inquires as to whether or not they are dating. Senpai responds that they are not.

Despite the fact that Nagatoro did not discover Senpai’s name this time, the episode was nonetheless enjoyable. This program does a good job of switching between humorous and more romantic parts, so neither ever feels out of place. Because their relationship never seems forced, I like the way the tension between Nagatoro and Senpai is gradually rising. It is allowed to develop naturally, with all of its pleasant and unpleasant moments included.
It will be intriguing to watch if and how Nagatoro’s desire to kiss Senpai ever again enters the picture. It’s a confession that the show won’t be able to ignore indefinitely. But if it does, it will undoubtedly be a satisfying moment.
