ccording to the unsealed complaint, Nasr was apprehended in Nairobi, Kenya, where he had planned to meet with al Shabaab members before traveling to Somalia for training. Nasr faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in jail if convicted of attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist group.
