Community Urged to Assist in Locating Missing Teenager Jacob Diaz
Chicopee Police are asking for help finding a teenager named Jacob Diaz. He left his home on Broadway Street around 4 p.m. on Monday and has not been seen since. Jacob was wearing a black puffy jacket black sweatpants and white Jordan sneakers. He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.
