Todd’s sentence has been lowered by two years

In an article from METRO, the couple will now be released earlier than expected because their appeals to have their sentences reduced were both granted.

According to records allegedly obtained by People, Todd’s sentence has been lowered by two years, meaning he will be released in January 2033.

Julie’s sentence was reportedly lowered by 14 months, and a new release date of October 2028 was assigned to her.

After the case was taken to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the couple’s attorney, Jay Surgent, said: “The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals can reverse the District Court or they could send the case back for hearings that should have been held but weren’t during this trial. We strenuously contended that they had been denied a fair hearing and that their constitutional rights had been violated. Actually, everything is in black and white.

Five children—Lindsie, Kylie, Chase, Savannah, and Grayson—were born to the marriage; Savannah, at 25 years old, is now in charge of Grayson, 16, and Chloe, her parents’ 10-year-old granddaughter.
