Abe Hamadeh, a losing candidate for attorney general in Arizona, is requesting that the state Supreme Court order a new trial in an effort to reverse his defeat election case to Democrat Kris Mayes.
KTAR News reported that attorneys for Hamadeh and the Republican National Committee assert in a recent filing that a trial court judge unlawfully restricted Hamadeh’s ability to prepare for his arguments about the election case .
The Mohave County superior court rejected Hamadeh’s plea about election case for a fresh trial in July.
