Swift San Jose Police Action: Campbell Man Arrested in Road Rage Incident with Firearm

San Jose police arrived quickly and identified Curcuruto as the attacker following a thorough Assaults Unit investigation. Detectives obtained arrest and home search warrants. Curcuruto was arrested in Campbell by the Covert Response Unit on January 16.

Police found a custom gun at Curcuruto’s home. Anyone with information about this event or similar occurrences should call Detective Madera #4857 of the San Jose Police Assaults Unit, the department said.

The charges against Curcuruto include road rage, brandishing a firearm, and criminal threats. His arrest ends the terrifying scenario, and he awaits court to answer the allegations.
