Rondo has had legal difficulties before. A woman accused him of aggressive behavior after a fight over interrupting his son’s video game session in May 2022, prompting an emergency protective order. The woman said Rondo was violent and armed. Shortly after filing, the case was dismissed.
Throughout his NBA career, Rondo played for the Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers, and others. He won NBA titles with the Celtics in 2008 and Lakers in 2020. Rondo was a four-time All-Star and four-time All-NBA Defensive Team player. He led the NBA in assists for numerous seasons.
