Teenagers ran over an Anne Arundel County officer who responded to a car theft incident

Anne Arundel County Police officer who got injured by teenagers is recovering now at home.

The teenagers ran over an Anne Arundel County Police officer while responding to a car theft in Glen Burnie early Friday. Police found the car and saw the three teenagers there.

One of the Anne Arundel County Police officers goes out in the patrol car, and teenagers run over the officer. The police transported with non-life-threatening injuries to Shock Trauma.

Two teenagers charged with First-Degree Assault

Police Officers found two teenagers: 16 and 14 years old.

The police officers arrested the two teenagers and charged them with First-Degree Assault for running over and causing injuries to an Anne Arundel County officer.
