Police Blotter: Catalytic Converter Thefts and More

Princeton Police Blotter shows car-related incidents persist. A resident reported a stolen catalytic converter on January 11 and another on January 15. Additionally, a driver reported item theft on Alexander Street on January 2. Another theft from a parked vehicle on Alexander Street on January 11 led to attempted sales in West Windsor.

Catalytic Converter Thefts and More

On January 14, Sarah Thomas was arrested for speeding on Nassau Street and found to have several $2,250 warrants. Andrew Male was arrested in Wall Township on January 6 for a Princeton Municipal Court warrant. Sean Nadeau surrendered at police headquarters on January 11 for an Ocean County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

A complaint about an erratic motorist on State Road led to a DWI arrest on January 7. Trenton resident Mccall Dinsea, 59, was arrested for DWI charges and released at Police Headquarters.

Shoplifting and Porch Theft

Eight men’s wool beanie hats worth $544 were stolen from a Nassau Street store on January 13. Heavyset black guy suspect exited store without paying. At another Governors Lane home on January 2, a $331 package was stolen from the front porch.

These incidents demonstrate the Princeton Police Department‘s numerous challenges, including warrants, property theft, and traffic issues.
