Police claim that a father’s nonverbal autistic son was discovered wandering alone and is now being charged.
Nonverbal and autistic youngster was discovered
According to court records, a Butler County grand jury accused Gary Marchetti of Hamilton for endangering minors.
According to Ross Township police, they received a call on July 13 reporting that a 16-year-old was out by himself.
In a report from FOX 19, the nonverbal and autistic youngster was discovered, according to the police, when they arrived at the scene near Layhigh Road and Ross Trails Drive.

He left the teenager in the custody of his sister who was sound sleeping
He had sores on some portions of his body, according to the police, and had problems speaking.
Police said they located Marchetti, who stated that his son had attempted to climb out of various windows all night. According to authorities, he then left the teenager in the custody of his sister who was sound sleeping.
According to the Hamilton County Police, Marchetti has a prior conviction for endangering children, FOX 19 reported.
