The victims included a 9-year-old boy who was shot in the torso, a 19-year-old who was shot in the shoulder, and another man who was shot in the torso. Unfortunately, one of the victims, a 47-year-old man, succumbed to his injuries and passed away after being transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital. The identity of the deceased has not yet been revealed. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) also dispatched agents to assist in the investigation.
