Mitchel Musso, a former cast member of “Hannah Montana,” was detained for public intoxication and theft

The Disney Channel show Hannah Montana’s Oliver Oken’s best-known actor, Mitchel Musso, was detained in Texas.

The actor was arrested for multiple violation

According to a TMZ report, Mitchel Musso was arrested in Rockwall, Texas and spent some time in jail after being charged with public intoxication, theft (under $100), expired registration, failure to present a driver’s license, and breaking a promise to appear notice.

A report from DEADLINE said that after being detained during an incident at a grocery store when the former Disney star is believed to have stolen potato chips, Mitchel Musso was reportedly freed on a $1,000 bond. When the staff members of the establishment asked Musso to pay for the snack, he allegedly grew belligerent and ended up “walking off.”

Musso who, according to reports, was drunk

Mitchel Musso, who was reportedly under the influence, was apprehended outside of his hotel after local officials were alerted, reports from English Jagran.

For four seasons, Mitchel Musso played Oliver, Miley Cyrus’ best buddy, in Hannah Montana. In Hannah Montana: The Movie from 2009, the actor played the same part again. Musso would also provide the voice of Jeremy Johnson in the Phineas and Ferb animated series. The first two seasons of the DisneyXD television series Pair of Kings starred Musso beginning in 2010.
