Police in Pennsylvania are hunting for a guy who escaped from the Chester County Prison on Thursday morning after being recently found guilty of killing his ex-girlfriend in 2021.
Cavalcante was last seen sporting a white T-shirt and a pair of gray shorts
In a report from FOX News, Danelo Cavalcante, 34, broke out of the prison where he was being kept, according to a Facebook post from the West Chester Police Department.
According to authorities, Cavalcante was last seen sporting a white T-shirt and a pair of gray shorts. He has dark eyes, long, curly black hair, and is roughly 5 feet tall and 120 pounds.
According to reports, he also knows some English and speaks Portuguese and Spanish with ease.
Cavalcante was last observed walking on Wawaset Road in Pocopson Township at around 9:40 a.m., according to Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan. Thursday.
In a press conference, Ryan stated that numerous law enforcement organizations, including the Pennsylvania State Police and the U.S. Marshals.
Crews have used K-9 teams, drones, and helicopters in the search.

Howard Holland, the warden at Chester County Prison, declined to comment on Cavalcante’s escape from the high-security jail.
Instead, according to Holland, as soon as guards recognized the inmate had escaped, they conducted a quick search of the area, activated all the audio alerts, and closed down the facility.
In Schuylkill Township, Pennsylvania, on April 18, 2021, Cavalcante killed his ex-girlfriend Debora Brandao in the first degree.
The 7-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son of Brandao were there throughout the murder.
Cavalcante escaped to Virginia after the murder, where he was eventually caught by Virginia State Police.
He was given a life sentence last week, and according to the authorities, he is wanted for a murder that occurred in Brazil in 2017.
The victim’s family has been informed about Cavalcante’s escape, Ryan continued, FOX News reports.
