Tacoma Police End Eight-Hour Standoff, Apprehend Wanted Man Wanted for Multilevel Offenses
FOX 13 – A man was arrested by Tacoma Police after a long standoff lasting eight hours. It all began when officers went to serve an arrest warrant at a house near 10400 Patterson St. S. The man inside barricaded himself refusing to come out despite the officers attempts to negotiate. After a tense wait the police successfully took the man into custody. The standoff ended but details about the incident remain sparse. However, Tacoma Police revealed that the man was wanted for various crimes at the state, Department of Corrections and federal levels. The exact nature of these crimes was not disclosed.

Neighborhood Tensions Ease as Tacoma Standoff Ends Peacefully
