In Manhattan, a car attacked an NYPD officer

Following an automobile accident in Manhattan early on Saturday, an NYPD lieutenant is making a full recovery.

According to the investigators, the automobile was attempting to escape a roadblock.

The event took place in Inwood at 207th Street and West 9th Avenue soon before 4:00 in the morning.

According to the cops, the automobile slammed the lieutenant while the driver was leaving. The police officer should be OK.

No detentions were quickly reported to have been made.

Video captures one cop striking the side mirror of a black sedan while it is covered by different police cars along with additional vehicles.

“The car’s windows were broken on both sides. According to witness Stephan Hanzlik, the windshield was broken.”

At 38th Street and 7th Avenue, police claim they attempted to pull over a black Cadillac, although the driver escaped. At Madison and 30th, they saw it once more.

Witness Monisha Rana reported hearing a loud explosion.
