An enforcer of the Latin Kings violent gang, whom police authorities concluded involved in many shootings targeting rival and violent attacks, was convicted in court for more than 12 years in a correctional facility.
Orlando Santiago Torres, 27 years old, is an enforcer of Latin King and Queen Nation, New Bedford Chapter in Massachusetts. He is accountable for planning violent attacks, securing apartments for the distribution of drugs, and instilling discipline in members of their violent gang. Prosecutor said.
As the leader of a violent gang, Orlando Santiago Torres was involved in two brutal gang beatings, three shooting incidents, and drug delivery. Their violent gang had destroyed the sense of safety in Massachusetts. Head of the FBI Boston said.
