Organized Network and Contraband Cache

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office uncovered an intricate network during the contraband sting, exposing not only the involvement of a detention officer but also the illicit activities that generated substantial profits over a year. The search yielded firearms, marijuana, a drone, and $4,500 in cash.

Those arrested include Tiffany Davis, a detention officer, and individuals associated with Summit Correctional Services. Charges range from providing unauthorized tobacco to conspiracy to commit a felony. Summit took over the jail contract in April 2023, retaining former Aramark employees implicated in the operation.

Additional charges are pending, and Tiffany Davis has been terminated from her position. Sheriff Patrick “Pat” Labat expressed commitment to investigating criminal behavior, emphasizing the threat contraband poses to inmate and staff safety.
