A man from Los Angeles, California came face to face with the man who stole an estimated amount of $25,000 worth of equipment from his home business.
California Man Caught the Burglar
Daniel Lobell, a man from Los Angeles, California, caught the burglar who stole an estimated amount of $25,000 worth of equipment from his home business. The altercation between Lobell and the thief was caught by the surveillance video.
In a published article in FOX News, Lobell is a podcaster and broadcasts from a bus he owns and parked behind his home. According to the California man, the incident happened on Thursday when the thief broke into his bus from their backyard.
Lobell said, “I haven’t been able to sleep in days and every little noise, I jump up to protect my family. They stole my cameras. They stole my board. They stole my switcher. They stole my headphones. They stole my headphone amp, my memory cards,” It is estimated that the burglar stole an amount of $25,000 worth of equipment.

California Man Released a Statement
Daniel Lobell said, “I’m looking down as I’m walking because I’m so upset, and I look up and there’s the guy, back two hours later cleaning his fingerprints off. I said to him, ‘I’m going to kill you,’ and I went after him. I tried to grab the trampoline out of the play thing, to use it as a weapon, but I couldn’t get it out.”
Meanwhile, Lobell also added that he has already filed a police report and hopes to catch the burglar. Lobell explained, “One thing I keep reminding myself throughout this whole thing is that everything happens for a reason and God is good. And there’s something good that’s going to come out of this.”
