In Michelle Troconis’ trial for the disappearance and murder of Jennifer Dulos, Connecticut police bodycam evidence from May 24, 2019, was shown. At Jennifer’s death, Troconis was seeing her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos. She faces allegations of conspiracy to murder and evidence tampering.
Bodycam Footage Reveals Possible Blood in Jennifer Dulos Case
Police saw blood on Jennifer’s Range Rover and New Canaan garage during a welfare check. New Canaan Police Department Sgt. Aaron LaTourette testified that a red mark on the vehicle’s grill caught his eye since it didn’t match the grill or car. Officers found an apparent blood splatter on the Range Rover and a bloody shoe print on the garage floor.
Fotis Dulos allegedly beat Jennifer in the garage and drove away with her body. On May 24, 2019, cops entered Jennifer’s house using a babysitter’s key code. LaTourette examined the vehicle for deer damage but found none.
In the bodycam film, detectives noted that blood splatter in a missing people case is odd because a Range Rover would be transported to a car wash after hitting a deer. Sgt. Scott Romano of New Canaan Police arrived at Jennifer’s abandoned SUV at a park the same day. Due to a dead battery, officers had to transport the vehicle to the police station for processing.
