The former respiratory therapist of Missouri Hospital, suspected to be a Respiratory Therapist Serial Killer allegedly involved in killing nine of her patients, enters a plea guilty of killing the two of them decades ago.

Alleged Respiratory Therapist Serial Killer Jennifer Anne Hall pleaded guilty to two counts of manslaughter in the deaths of Coval Gann and Fern Franco. The Respiratory Therapist Serial Killer is also guilty as the perpetrator of the attempted assault of Norma Pearson.

In 2002, All three victims died at Hendrick Medical Center, Missouri. The alleged Respiratory Therapist Serial Killer was charged first in murdering David Wesley Harper and Fern Franco.
