Authorities arrested Seymore in Dothan, Alabama, on Wednesday, assisted by local law enforcement. The arrest follows a harrowing incident at the Baymont by Wyndham on Front Beach Road, where police discovered a woman hiding in the lobby on January 2. Subsequent investigations unveiled a horrifying tale of manipulation, threats, and criminal coercion.
Manipulated into Unthinkable Circumstances
Panama City Beach police responded to a trespassing call at the Baymont by Wyndham, discovering a distressed woman in the lobby.
The victim, coerced by Seymore, was brought to the area with the sinister purpose of paying off her bail money. Seymore allegedly claimed ownership of the victim, forcing her into performing sexual acts under the threat of violence.
The victim, now safely under care, revealed Seymore’s manipulation and the heinous circumstances she endured.
