Lexington Man Faces Legal Battles in the Wake of Tragic Roseville Murder

Stephen Lee Freeman a 20-year-old man from Lexington is involved in a series of legal problems because of the death of Gabriele Seitz. She was a 62-year-old woman who was killed in her home on Utica Road in October 2022. Freeman was homeless at the time and is accused of breaking into Seitz’s home and attacking her when she came back from work. This led to her death which was very sad for the Roseville community. Freeman has been in trouble with the law since then.

Freeman’s Legal Troubles Escalate with Assault Charges Against Jail

After Freeman was arrested he faced charges not only for Seitz’s death but also for attacking prison officers at Macomb County Jail. The latest attack happened on February 2, 2024. These charges have made Freeman’s legal situation more difficult. He is waiting for a court hearing on March 5, 2024. His lawyer, Marissa Kulcsar is working hard to help him. The Roseville community and others are still dealing with Seitz’s death and the crimes Freeman is accused of. People are looking forward to the court hearings to see what happens next. They want justice for Seitz and for Freeman to be held responsible for what he is accused of doing.
