ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. (TCD) – A 37-year-old Elizabethtown School District employee is accused of inappropriately touching, stroking, and sending images to an underage pupil.
On May 3, the Northwest Regional Police Department received a report stating that Megan Carlisle had sexual contact with a 15-year-old pupil. Several students’ iPhones were searched throughout the investigation, and several nude images and a video of Carlisle engaged in sexual behavior alone were discovered. Carlisle was an ISS (in-school suspension) monitor.
The 15-year-old victim reportedly told police that Carlisle “touched and caressed his genital area during several school periods while he was in the ISS classroom” on Friday, April 28.
Carlisle allegedly contacted the 15-year-old victim over Snapchat after school hours and texted him about sexual contact and activity, according to authorities. She allegedly emailed him and his 16-year-old friend pornographic images and videos. The photographs and video were allegedly shared with other Elizabethtown School students as well as an unknown number of others.

Carlisle reportedly had sexual contact with the 15-year-old girl in her vehicle in a parking lot in the 400 block of Rockwood Drive on Friday, April 28.
According to a probable cause affidavit acquired by WPMT-TV, the 15-year-old victim asked for money for food, and Carlisle supplied $20 via Cash App. The following day, the 15-year-old victim texted Carlisle again, this time requesting vape pens, and she allegedly purchased four vape pods for him.
Carlisle was arrested on Thursday, May 25, on accusations of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a juvenile, statutory sexual assault, institutional sexual assault, and distribution of sexual materials to minors. She was sent to the Lancaster County Jail.
Carlisle is no longer employed by the school system, according to WPMT, and the district is collaborating with local law police on the inquiry.
