The Suffolk County, New York District Attorney announced that they were going to charge 21 members of 9-Trey Blood Gang with violent drug, and gun trafficking which in a total of 197-count indictments.
9-Trey Blood: 21 Gang Members Were Charge Of 197-Counts Indictment
Monday, Raymond A. Tierney, Suffolk County District Attorney released an announcement with Errol D. Toulon Jr., Country Sheriff, and Suffolk County Police Commissioner Rodney K. Harrison said that 197-counts indictment were charged in the “9-Trey blood” street gang for distribution and possess narcotics and firearms back in December 2021.
They added that over 350 young people died last year because of fentanyl. He said that they can’t stand by and watch those young people be a victim of those.
In 2022, some members of the Suffolk County Fentanyl Task Force, East End Drug Task Force, and Gang Violence Task Force, and with several other agencies and departments grouped over an investigation into those members of “9-Trey Blood,” who were involved in drugs and firearms while committing violent acts in Suffolk County.

9-Trey Blood: DA Charges 21 Members For Drug Violence And Gun Trafficking
The investigation comes up with 190 warrants into homes, vehicles, and online sources. It also involves 21 defendants who were charged with six related conspiracies related to violent drug, and gun trafficking. 21 of the defendants were in charge of 63 separate criminal acts in December 2021. It includes the illegal possession of firearms, gang-related shootings, using and selling of fentanyl that leads to overdose and death of some youngsters. Eleven of those who were arrested are eligible for bail, eight of these are already in the custody, one is posted bond and one has a large criminal count.
