Wright, Letitia Michelle (born 31 October 1993 in Guyana) is a Guyanese-British actress and singer. When it comes to her melancholy, Wright has been very forthcoming. In 2018, she revealed to Vanity Fair that she “was in the dark going through so many awful things” when she first encountered depression at the age of twenty-one.

As a result of attending a Bible study for actors in London, Wright learned about her own struggle with depression and turned to Christianity for support. She rejected film roles in order to concentrate on her recovery and her faith. Acting had taken a toll on her, so she “went on a journey to seek my relationship with God and I became a Christian,” she stated afterward.
