Mitchel Musso arrested for alleged public intoxication and theft, is known for playing Miley Cyrus’ best friend Oliver Oken on Disney’s Hannah Montana. The arrest reportedly took place on a Saturday night in Rockwall, a suburb near Dallas, Texas, following a reported disturbance at a local hotel, as detailed in a USA Today report.
As per a statement issued by the Rockwall Police Department, the report indicates that the police responded to an incident where the 32-year-old performer purportedly entered a hotel and took a packet of chips without making a payment. Allegedly under the influence, Mitchel exhibited belligerent behavior when asked to settle the bill for the chips, and subsequently departed without payment.

Outside the hotel, Mitchel Musso allegedly displayed signs of being intoxicated and was consequently detained for two charges – public drunkenness and theft involving an amount below $100. He was supposedly taken to the Rockwall County Detention Center and spent a night in custody, being released on Sunday afternoon after posting a bail of $1,000. The report also revealed that Mitchel had multiple unresolved traffic-related warrants during a background check.
In the year 2011, Mitchel Musso was arrested for purportedly operating a vehicle while under the influence (DUI) in Burbank, California, when he was 20 years old. According to reports from that period, his blood alcohol content (BAC) was significantly higher than the lawful threshold of 0.08 percent, as stated by People magazine.
