According to the National Weather Service, Monday’s forecast predicts clear skies with highs reaching 42 degrees. Winds will shift southwest at 10 to 15 mph, leading to slightly warmer overnight lows in the mid-20s. Drivers on major roadways like I-40 and Route 66 are advised to remain cautious of lingering wind chills, especially during early morning commutes.
Tuesday continues the sunny trend with a high near 44 degrees and lighter winds. By Wednesday, temperatures will climb to a high of 50 degrees with sustained sunshine, ideal for outdoor activities or errands. The warming trend continues Thursday, as highs push into the mid-to-upper 50s, with clear skies dominating the forecast.
For residents with weekend plans, the extended outlook shows highs near 57 degrees on Friday and continued sunny conditions through Saturday. While no significant weather disruptions are expected, residents should monitor for any changes in wind speeds or overnight lows, which remain in the 20s throughout the week.
