Barber Toby Maurice Bryant was a great buddy who tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run. The Philadelphia School District employee Sharon Seawood, 42, has been taken into custody and is facing charges related to this event. Seawood, a special education assistant at Frankford High School, was taken into custody following the Monday incident on the 7900 block of Ogontz Avenue in the East Mount Airy neighborhood. As per the NBC 10 Philadelphia report, witnesses stated that Seawood stopped her car after hitting Bryant, looked back at the victim, and then violently fled the scene, leaving Bryant injured on the road.
