In a prison letter addressed to prosecutors, Adam Montgomery’s estranged wife detailed her requests to “betray” him, which his defense attorneys presented throughout his trial in New Hampshire.
Key prosecution witness Kayla Montgomery spoke on Friday regarding her husband’s alleged methods of killing their 5-year-old daughter Harmony in December 2019. Harmony’s stepmother, Kayla, was charged with perjury and given an 18-month prison sentence after lying to the police about Harmony’s location.
Prosecutors claim that after Harmony, Kayla, and the couple’s two young kids threw up in the car, Montgomery fatally struck his daughter in the head.
