Late Saturday in northeast Minneapolis, a stolen Kia crash down the wrong side of Lowry Avenue colliding with at least two vehicles including a Minneapolis police squad car. Miraculously, no injuries were reported but the stolen SUV left a trail of damaged vehicles and chaos.

Around 10:30 p.m., the stolen Kia driven east on the wrong side of Lowry Avenue collided with a Minneapolis police squad car creating a dangerous situation in the heart of the city. The high-speed pursuit ended with the stolen vehicle crashing into a street sign and an Audi leaving behind a scene of wreckage.
Up to three individuals reportedly fled the stolen Kia crash with speculations that they might have escaped the scene in a black Toyota Prius. The Minneapolis Police Department is actively investigating the incident working to apprehend those responsible for the reckless driving and stolen vehicle.
