The Fulton County District Attorney of Georgia, Fani Willis, was recently questioned in a divorce case including a special prosecutor she employed in the Trump case. Willis is the one who filed allegations of election interference over Donald Trump and eighteen other defendants.

The subpoena was sent to Willis’s office on Monday by a process server, as per a court filing examined by the Wall Street Journal, which initially broke the story. In the divorce case concerning her top prosecutor Nathan Wade and his wife Joycelyn Wade, Willis is subpoenaed to testify.

A county court docket shows that the Wades registered for divorce in November 2021 in Cobb County, which is located just outside of Atlanta. Until February 2022, the case’s documents have been kept under seal.
