While acknowledging owner concerns, Dr. Kurt Williams from the Oregon Veterinary Diagnostics Lab advises a cautious approach, recommending preventive measures on the mystery dog illness such as limiting dog exposure and ensuring up-to-date vaccinations, particularly against respiratory diseases.
