In a statement to The U.S. Sun, a Wells Fargo & Company representative, Jim Seitz, denied the allegations, stating, “The claims made in this post have no merit. We have been in contact with our customer to address her concerns.”
Devine, however, persisted in her quest for answers. According to her TikTok videos, she discovered the issue when she could no longer access her online accounts or use ATMs. Upon visiting her local Wells Fargo & Company branch, she was shocked to hear that there was no record of her ever having a savings account with the bank.

Disheartened by the bank’s response, she expressed doubt that even her E-Trade banking statements would make a difference. Wells Fargo & Company reportedly informed Devine on October 25 that her case was closed, leading her to feel defeated and uncertain about the possibility of recovering her money. The U.S. Sun has reached out to Devine for comments, highlighting the growing concern surrounding Wells Fargo & Company and the need for customers to monitor their accounts closely.
