In a press release that was released on Thursday, the CEO of MyPillow, Mike Lindell, stated that he had “lost everything, each penny” since the law firm that is defending him in 3 court proceedings claims that it is due millions of dollars in unpaid costs. This is by a court motion asking that the firm cease acting as his client.
Lindell had hired Parker Daniels Kibort LLC (PDK) to represent him in 3 defamation lawsuits arising from his disproved assertions that Donald Trump would win the 2020 presidential election through fraud. U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols allowed the law firm’s demand to withdraw from his cases in its move on Thursday, citing non-payment of fees as the reason.
