Almost 4 months after the Wild ‘N Out actor, 32, passed away suddenly, the reason for the death of Jacky Oh has been determined.
A spokeswoman for the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s Office revealed to PEOPLE on Friday that Oh, whose real name was Jacklyn Smith, passed away as a result of the consequences of cosmetic surgery. The first to break the news was TMZ.

When she passed away, her longtime companion, the rapper and comic DC Young Fly, was in Atlanta filming the latest episodes of Wild ‘N Out, according to TMZ at the time. The pair, who had three children together, Nova, Nala, and Prince, first got together in 2015 while filming the Nick Cannon-produced sketch and improvised comedy show.
