NYC Target Store and Eight Others Will Close Following Increasing Theft and Violence Cases

An NYC Target store and eight other locations across the country will reportedly close following the increasing cases of theft and violence, which slowly harmed the safety of the employees working at the NYC Target store and other locations aside from hurting their sales.

According to a report published in Silive, the NYC Target store continued to suffer from various crimes, such as theft and shoplifting, for years, affecting their business and the working environment at the NYC Target store and other Target stores due to daily threats to their safety.

While the closing of the NYC Target store and other locations received criticism as it would affect the employees, the NYC Target store officials assured them there would be opportunities to transfer from the NYC Target store to other locations that would continue their operations.
