By 2023, there will be more than 1,400 Harbor Freight locations, up from one in 1980. The importance of this, yet, involves more than its physical development and gain in popularity, but also the fact that it is flourishing at a time when numerous other companies, including Sears, JCPenney, Best Buy, etc., have failed.
Harbor Freight is creating a lot of dust as new locations spring up all around, especially in towns with populations below 20,000. And there are no signs that it will slow down.
