A 27-year-old nursing home employee arrested was identified as Brianna Leanate Cowart-Birckett, who was accused of physically assaulting an elder resident in Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center, where the nursing home employee arrested was working.
According to a report published in News4, authorities received a report from the management about the nursing home employee arrested assaulting an elder resident, wherein they were notified about the details of how the nursing home employee arrested assaulted the resident inside the facility.
During the investigation, authorities later released a warrant of arrest against the nursing home employee after getting her statement through an interview and having enough evidence about how the nursing home employee arrested assaulted the elder resident.

The nursing home employee arrested is currently held in jail with a $50,000 bond after assaulting an elder resident while working at Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center, WDHN reported.
