A 32-year-old Indiana man arrested named Justin T. Wiley was accused of illegally possessing a handgun after a 2-year-old boy accidentally shot him in his back using the handgun found in the possession of the Indiana man arrested.
According to a report published in Fox News, authorities received a report about a shooting incident where the Indiana man arrested was discovered suffering from a gunshot wound in his back, and they later found out that a 2-year-old boy found his gun on the bed and accidentally pulled its trigger while pointing at the Indiana man arrested.
Following the incident, authorities also found the child who shot the Indiana man arrested with his pointer finger still swelling and kept complaining about the pain he was feeling in his injured finger after accidentally shooting at the Indiana man arrested.

The Indiana man arrested was released after his initial appearance in court while facing multiple charges, including neglect and illegal possession of a handgun after being convicted of a felony before.
